Gran Reserve Acorn-fed Iberian Salchichon “Cular”

Cold meat of exceptional quality made from loins from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. It has an exquisite taste and an intense aroma thanks to the recipe which has been perfected for generations by Meat Masters.

It is presented in a vacuum-packed format of 450-550g half pieces for an optimal preservation.

It is recommended to be eaten sliced as an appetiser.

Curing: At least three months

Weight: 500-650g

Best-before Date: 12 months

Storage: Keep refrigerated (2-4ºC)

Proper temperature: Between 22 and 24ºC

Un amigo me habló bastante bien de este salchichón ibérico, lo cual me convenció para pedir una pieza junto a un jamón de cebo ibérico, por cierto, también muy bueno. Cuando lo probé por primera vez me sorprendió agradablemente su alta calidad. Es un producto que no te deja indiferente. Es perfecto para tomar como aperitivo frío con una copa de vino. Recomiendo al 100% su compra. A mi me encanta.
