The Chorizo “Bolita” is made from Iberian pork loin forming strings of “bolitas” (small balls) of approximately 350g.
This cold meat is ideal to be eaten on the barbecue where its special slightly spicy seasoning and its Iberian composition will make you enjoy a high quality product with a unique flavour.
In fact, it has been designed this way to be eaten on the barbecue.

Hace unos días, hice una barbacoa con amigos con presa y secreto ibérico y algunas bolitas de este chorizo ibérico picante. Como es natural, la carne ibérica a la barbacoa estaba muy sabrosa, pero el producto que triunfó fue sin duda alguna el chorizo ibérico picante bolita, del cual repetimos en varias ocasiones. Se nota que es un producto ibérico de calidad, con una textura consistente que no se deshace cuando lo acercas a las brasas.
Por otro lado, el punto de pique es moderado, por lo que no se repite y puedes comerlo sin miedo a que se resienta el estómago. Además tiene un tamaño ideal para comerlo con un trocito de pan. Todo un descubrimiento. :)
