Chorizo “Rosario” 1st curing

Chorizo of exceptional quality made from select loin from the Iberian pork, forming the traditional “rosario” (rosary) of approximately 400g.
We recommend you to eat it on the barbecue as its high quality and its exceptional flavour will make you enjoy your leisure time with your family or friends. Likewise, it can be cooked (with or without wine) or as part of the traditional Spanish stews (cocidos, potajes...), to which it will add its exquisite flavour and its unique quality.
