The Field-fed Iberian Ham of La Unión de Jabugo comes from the posterior limbs of free-range Iberian pigs fed with cereals and natural grass in our wide areas of land.

Our field-fed Iberian Hams are made by experts following handmade traditional procedures. In addition, they are cured in a totally natural and slow way in the famous Serrano village of Jabugo, whose special weather provides an exceptional quality and an exquisite flavour, making of our hams unique pieces of maximum quality. With a minimum curing of 24 months in our natural curing room in Jabugo, our Field-fed Iberian Hams are selected by the Ham Master at its optimal quality and curing point.

All our hams are certified in accordance with the Quality Standard of “Ibérico” provided by Certicalidad.

    Un acierto la compra de esta pieza, después de mucho mirar me decidí a adquirirla, al comenzar a cortar se aprecia como el cuchillo se desliza sin esfuerzo, perfecto de sal, un aroma y un gusto esplendido auguran un festival para cuando se le de la vuelta, si vuelvo a comprar sera este.
