Coming from the anterior limbs of free-range Iberian pigs fed with natural acorns and natural grass during the montanera time in the grassland, our Acorn-fed Iberian Shoulders are made by experts following handmade traditional procedures. 

In addition, they are cured in a totally natural and slow way in the famous serrano village of Jabugo, whose special weather provides an exceptional quality and an exquisite flavour, making of our shoulders unique pieces of maximum quality.

 Its minimum curing is of 20 months in our natural curing room in Jabugo, and its weight ranges from 4.0 to 5.5kg.

 All our Iberian Shoulders are certified in accordance with the Quality Standard of “Ibérico” provided by Certicalidad.
